With a dedicated architect as part of the team, Blackstone can seamlessly work through a planning and approvals process with minimal involvement from a client, liaising with local councils or independent advisors to fulfil any sort of building regulation requirement. Blackstone will deliver in a controlled, timely and cost-effective manner.

At Blackstone we like you to know what we are doing and understand the steps we will take to deliver your successful building project. Costs and stage payments are agreed upfront and where appropriate our architect is brought in automatically after the initial meeting.
