Nominated for Master Builder of the year 2010 & 2011

Who we are and how we work

It won’t cost you time
Project management is a major factor in any building project regardless of size. The co-ordination of different people, the completion of tasks in the right order and the management of time and money are imperative to a successful project and a satisfied client.

That’s why Blackstone prides itself on its successful project management skills, overseeing a project from design and planning to approvals and implementation. With a dedicated architect as part of the team, Blackstone can seamlessly work through a planning and approvals process with minimal involvement from a client, liaising with local councils or independent advisors to fulfil any sort of building regulation requirement. Blackstone will deliver in a controlled, timely and cost-effective manner.

Total Control With Minimal Involvement
At Blackstone we like you to know what we are doing and understand the steps we will take to deliver your successful building project. Costs and stage payments are agreed upfront and where appropriate our architect is brought in automatically after the initial meeting.

Steps To Success

  1. Initial meeting with the client
  2. Blackstone architect brought in
  3. Costs agreed
  4. Plans drawn up
  5. Planning approvals sought after and achieved
  6. Work commences
  7. Liaison for approvals from council for building regulations continues until the project is finished

No Hidden Extras
Extras, the word dreaded by anybody who has undertaken a building project of any description! Blackstone prides itself on working in such a way that the extras discussion never arises. Regular communication, transparency of workmanship and stage payments, agreed up front, prevent the situation arising. Blackstone wants its customer relationships, like its building work, to be built on a firm foundation and last.
